Inside the field of the psychology, the clinical neuropsichology is of great importance in the diagnostic of the clinical squares. Starting from the evaluation neuropsichology we will see as the psychic functions, they undertake their march preceded regrediente of a sick nervous system, which will give us the characteristics of the illness in the psychological and social environment.

The battery neuropsichology formed by interviews to the patient and the family and the test Bender, Test Figures Complex of King and the battery Barcelona-added neuropsichology to complementary studies - it will allow us an approach to the I diagnose from the insanity like initial step to the being,s padeciente treatment and of the family that he, she should cohabit with this being padeciente,
 
 
 
 

Resumen

Dentro del campo de la psicología, la clínica neuropsicológica es de suma importancia en el diagnostico preciso de los cuadros clínicos. La demencia, como cuadro clínico en el cual se encuentra afectada la integración biopsicosociocognitiva es un claro ejemplo de cómo la clínica neuropsicologica puede establecer parámetros desde la estructura cuerpo- psique- sociedad.
A partir de la evaluación neuropsicologica, veremos como las funciones psíquicas, emprenden su marcha regrediente precedidas de un sistema nervioso enfermo el cual no dará las características de la enfermedad en el ámbito psicológico y social.
Los aspectos neurobioticos dados por un sistema nervioso lesionado a nivel de  neocorteza y del sistema límbico llevara al paciente a "padecer" un cuadro afasoagnosoapraxico al cual se le suman alteraciones afectivas, motivacionales y en el comportamiento volitivo.
El cuadro afasoagnosoapraxico producido por lesiones neocorticales (lóbulo temporal, lóbulo parietal- área 39- y frontal) conducirá al deterioro del lenguaje en sus aspectos decodificadores- comprensión- y codificadores- expresión, a la imposibilidad en el reconocimiento (agnosia)tanto de objetos inanimados como de animados, esto último implicara el no-reconocimiento de rostros familiares. La apraxia como imposibilidad de realizar acciones con una finalidad llevará al paciente a la imposibilidad de actuar en forma lógica.
A lo expuesto se le debe sumar alteraciones en los procesos mnésicos (característica principal en los cuadros demenciales), pérdida de la conciencia psicológica: desorientación en tiempo y espacio- lugar.
Estas características influirán inevitablemente en su relación sociocognitiva formando parte de la misma la familia, grupo de pares, la sociedad, quedando abierta la pregunta ¿Estamos preparados como parte de la sociedad para relacionarnos con personas padecientes de demencia?
La evaluación de una batería neuropsicologica formada por entrevistas al paciente y a la familia y los tests Bender, Test Figura Compleja de Rey y la Batería Neuropsicológica Barcelona (sumado a estudios complementarios) nos permitirá una aproximación al diagnostico de las demencias como paso inicial al tratamiento del ser padeciente y de la familia que debe convivir con este ser padeciente de la desintegración de su persona.
