Inscription of the participants is open and free of charge. 

The term of inscription opens May 1, 1999. 

The participation follows the scheme of the traditional scientific activities, and will include social activities. 

Participation can be made by means of:

  • Presentations 
  • Posters 
  • Invited Conferences 
  • Talleres 
  • Simposiums Workshops 
    • They will be selected by Scientific Committee. 

    During the precongressional phase, training will be provided in the use of the Internet, including programs of conversation in real time and design of Web pages. 

    The term for the reception of abstracts of Conferences and free Communications will finish the July 31, 1999. 

    Relevant presentations will be displayed on real time, in its original language by textconference in the neuropsico channel # of UniNet. Commentaries to the presentations will be do in panels of discussion or by lists of electronic mail 

    The participation of the professionals in the Congress will be certificated.
